The cayenne pepper is an ingredient which is used for thousands of years in the cuisine, but also it has a lot of healthy benefits as destroying cancer cells, helping lose weight, and various problems with digestion as upset stomach, stomachache, intestinal gas, cramps, and diarrhea.
It is part of the Capsicum family of vegetables, commonly known as chili peppers, and it was originally cultivated in South and Central America. Its spicy heat comes because of the high concentration of capsaicin.

Researchers from the Pittsburgh School of Medicine treated pancreatic cells with one of the active ingredients in cayenne pepper, known as capsaicin.

Cellular “pro-survival” pathways were activated in the heart, which protects the muscle. When capsaicin was used there was 85% reduction in cardiac cell death.
How to make capsicum cream
- 3 tablespoons cayenne powder
- 1 cup olive oil
- ½ cup grated beeswax
- A double boiler
- A glass jar with a tightly fitting lid
Mix cayenne powder along with the oil. In a double boiler, heat for 5-10 minutes over medium heat. Then, stir in grated beeswax until you melt it completely. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, then whisk vigorously. Chill and whip again. Tighten the glass jar with a lid and put it in the refrigerator.
Whenever you are experiencing pain, apply directly to the skin by using a spoon. Always wash your hands with diluted vinegar in order to remove any capsicum left on the hands.
